Lift Gate Delivery
Items weighing over 100 to 150 lbs ship by truck freight. The trucker driver will move the freight to the back door of the truck. But it is the responsibility of the receiver to actually get it off the truck. If you do not have a loading dock or any other means to lift the freight off the truck add "Lift gate Delivery" to your shopping cart when ordering. This charge will be added to your order and the trucker will then get the freight to the ground for you.
To avoid this lift gate fee many of our residential customers arrange in advance for enough hands to lift the freight off the truck. Most freight lines will call you for a delivery appointment, which will allow you to obtain the help necessary.
