Re: NoOutage.com LLC Winding Down Operations


After almost 27 years of being in business, we have decided it is time to close down operations.

Starting in 1999 was the perfect time. The internet was new with very little competition in the electrical equipment market online. Plus, the Y2K scare boosted sales that first year, which was totally unexpected. Overall it has been a rewarding experience helping many thousands of customers, solving technical issues, developing vendor relationships, and overcoming occasional obstacles.

We plan on turning off online ordering by December 25, 2025 with most customer orders shipped and billed before the end of the year. All orders in process will be completed and shipped even if there are unexpected delays that might push them into early 2026.

In 2026 we will settle accounts with all our vendors.

If you know of an electrically savvy and business minded person, or organization, that might be interested in continuing the NoOutage legacy, we have listed the business for sale at www.flippa.com and the listing should remain active through February 2026 (if it does not sell before that).
