Aftermarket MX Series Controller
for GE Zenith Automatic Transfer Switches

 

CONTROLLER DESCRIPTION

Introducing the aftermarket drop-in replacement for the discontinued GE Zenith MX-150, MX-200, and MX-250 controllers!
This automatic transfer switch controller is a direct replacement, utilizing a connector layout and mounting footprint identical to the original. These controllers were found in ZTG, ZTS, and ZBTS Series switches, as well as the CAT branded versions of those switches. Made in USA.

MX150: 50P-1158, 50P-1160
MX200: 50P-1022, 50P-1052, 50P-1100
MX250: 50P-1159, 50P-1161

INCLUDES THESE IMPROVED FEATURES

• Setup Assist to expedite initial configuration. OPN not required for setup.

• Easy to read four-line display and intuitive menu system. During operation, more information is available at a glance.

• Completely configurable from front panel. No additional software required.

• Compatible with standard, closed, and programmed transition styles.

• 16 configurable exercise cycles allow you to accommodate any generator exercise requirements.

• Improved backup supply keeps controller powered while generator starts.

• 11 programmable inputs and 12 programmable outputs allow you to repurpose unused functions.

• Supports the Modbus standard, allowing remote communication.

• Event log not currently implemented - coming soon in 2025.

Optional accessories also available:

• Engine start relay mounts on DIN rail

• Replacement foam gasket for faceplate/display

Be sure to review the installation manual here before ordering. Some programming is required to match your specific switch. The manual contains information necessary to interpret the GE Zenith switch catalog number for determining how to program this replacement controller.
