Automatic Transfer Panel
200 amp, 120/240V, 1-phase
with 7-day exerciser clock kit

The RST Automatic Transfer Panel complements the RS series generator sets allowing the standby power system to be fully automatic.  Three sizes are available: 60, 100 and 200 amp ratings.

Application Flexibility
This panel forms a complete package, ready for installation.  The automatic transfer panel immediately senses when utility power has been interrupted, transferring responsibility to the generator.  When utility power is restored, the transfer panel automatically transfers back to utility power, shutting down and instantly resetting itself for the next power interruption.  No action is required by the building owner.

Electronic Control
Reliable, digital electronic control system with system surge voltage isolation, under voltage monitoring on each power source and four standard time delays.

Enclosure
The transfer panel and control are mounted in a single door enclosure.  UL Type 1 cabinet.  Wire bend space complies with 1999 NEC Table 373-6b.  Special Hex Key (8 mm) quarter turn latches provide limited access internally.

Positive Interlocking
The mechanical and electrical contactor interlocking prevents source-to-source connection through the power or control wiring.  Independent break-before-make action.

Agency Approvals
Listed to UL 1008.  Complies with NEMA ICS 10.  Conforms to applicable requirements for NFPA 70, 99 and 110.  CSA certified up to 600VAC.  Surge withstand ratings per IEEE C62.41 Category B3.  Tested per IEEE C62.45 guidelines.

NOTE:
This switch is not service entrance rated.  This generally means that you need a service entrance rated device between this switch and your utility meter.

This device switches the two hot leads of a 120/240V system but does NOT switch the neutral, which is acceptable in most areas of the USA.  If there are special requirements in your area that require switching the neutral (as dictated by local codes or electrical inspectors) let us know.  A contactor with an extra pole will be provided at a higher cost and longer lead time.
